Why should I order from Fresha Options?
If you are tired of buying produce that does not last and are always pressed for time or can’t get around – then it’s time to shop at Fresha Options. We are committed to supplying you with the freshest fruit & veg with the convenience of home delivery.
How does it work?
We purchase all our produce fresh from the Sydney Markets. We pack them according to individual orders in Styrofoam boxes at our packing facility in Tumbi Umbi. We deliver them to you on the same day or the day after, in which case they are kept overnight in our cool room.
What are the cut-off times for ordering?
3 pm SUNDAY for Monday and Tuesday deliveries
5 pm TUESDAY for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday deliveries
Where do you deliver?
We deliver around the Central Coast. Go to “Delivery Areas” and check if we deliver to your area.
What goes into the Mixed Boxes?
There are standard items that go into the $50 and $65 Mixed Fruit & Veg Box. These include: Potatoes, Pumpkin, Carrots, Broccoli, Onions, Tomatoes, Bananas, Oranges, Red and Green Apples. In addition to these items there are other varieties of fruit and veg as well.  The number of varieties depend on the box type and size. These varieties are determined by what’s in season and may change from week to week.
What if there are fruit and veg that I do not eat?
If there are certain fruit & veg that you do not like you can put a note in the Order Notes section in the Checkout Page. You can also indicate possible substitutes you would prefer.
How is the fruit and veg delivered?
The fruit and vegetables are delivered to you in a recycled styrofoam box.  This ensures that the fruit and veg remain cool and fresh.
What if I am not home to receive the box?
If you are not going to be home to receive your delivery we can leave your box at a designated place.  Leave instructions in the ‘Order Notes’ section on the Checkout Page to let us know where you would like it to be left ( e.g. front door, veranda, back porch, etc) preferably in a shady area protected from the sun and rain.
What do I do with the box/boxes after delivery?
After you receive your delivery we would appreciate it if you could please keep the box(es) and leave them out in front of your house for pick up on your next delivery day, as we reuse them.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay with PayPal, Visa and MasterCard or Direct Deposit.
I want my fruit and veg to be delivered weekly or fortnightly. How do I go about this?
Call us on 0424 494 887 to arrange for recurring deliveries.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we do not have contracts.  You can order one off, change this to recurring orders or stop your order anytime.
Can I order what I want rather than the fixed boxes that you offer?
Yes, you can order whatever fruit and vegetables you need.  There are 2 ways of doing this:
  • ** Go to Boxes and Select ‘Create your Own Box’ $50 or $65.  Click on Choose your Produce and select your prefered fruit & Veg
  • ** Select products from FRUIT, VEG, HERBS, EXTRAS and add them individually to your cart then proceed to checkout once you finish shopping.
What if I do not want to order online?
